Notes:
- The Main Capability has to be the key unlock, and the new thing made possible by your product — the actions enabled through use of features.
- “Human-guided AI” sounds like a very fancy way to say a simple thing — input something, and the AI outputs something. We’re not actively capturing the magic or the “key unlock” that we’ve enabled with our product.
- The model of “open source” enables the end-user to customize the tool to fit their content and SEO needs, benefit from community-driven improvements, and trust its functionality through open-source transparency.
- Compared to others in your category, this seems to be the most essential difference point — and likely the main capability to strategize around
- The Product Category gives frame of reference and alludes to the competitive space we’re in. Only the brands that’ve acheived extreme awareness are “allowed” to omit this (even that take with a grain of salt).

Under “How we compare” you wrote: Looking for a Koala AI alternative or Cuppa alternative? See how ContentScribe stacks up against other content creation tools.
- Look at both their homepages and see how they’re positioning in comparison to ContentScribe:
Accelerate Your Content Creation with Koala AI
Create high-quality SEO-optimized articles in minutes. KoalaWriter, powered by GPT-4o, combines SERP analysis with real-time data to create content that ranks.
- Their key unlock is the speed — “accelerate”
- Now with Koala AI, you’ll quickly create content.. and the benefits that follow that are self-explanatory
- They inform you that they’re “powered by GPT-4o” — which gives us a frame of reference is we as users think “oh why is this better than just ChatGPT”.. well, our product has the same API and quality that you get over there, along with the added focus of “combines SERP analysis with real-time data to create content that ranks”
AI Optimized Content For [Blogging ECommerce Newsletters Affiliates Niche Sites Search Engines Social Media Podcasts Case Studies] In Minutes!
No Restrictions or Limitations 🔓
- Focus on saving time “in minutes”
- Also “AI optimized content” tells me I don’t have to worry about fixing for SEO optimization
- And they also list their personas in moving order.. but they just mention the label of the task such as “Blogging” — which has its pros and cons because there’s no single persona for that listed
- The Persona is the actual end-user, buyer, or decision-maker we’re going after.
- If your target ICP is a more developer-focused persona, then they likely care about “open-source framework” — otherwise, the common content creator does not care enough for that to be our reference point
- It seems coding knowledge is required to make use of the “open source” framework, and perhaps integrating this tool into something else, or customizing it highly to fit our needs — so let’s develop a persona for that specifically
- Also, having only one focused persona is much better than listing every single possible use case in one section — it becomes too heavy, takes too long to cycle through, and feels all over the place
- The Company Type refers to any specific attributes and general areas where the company operates.
- Don’t see much reference to this, so let’s ensure we know the answer, and can give clarity in the copy — even in a subtle manner.
